Dr. Sharad did his early schooling at Delhi Public School and DAV Model School. He entered the most prestigious medical college of India and finished his MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi University.
Dr. Sharad joined his postgraduation in the field of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) and completed his Master of Surgery (MS) from PGI.
After completing his 3 years of Senior Residency from PGI, he joined Max Hospital as Associate Consultant.
While he was doing his private practice, he noticed that he is missing the teaching and academics of a medical college and realized that he himself was unknown about his passion for teaching.
He realized that he could do better for society if he joins a medical college and can contribute to the evolution of a medical student to a complete doctor. Hence, he joined his current medical college as an Associate Professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology.
Since then, he has been involved in teaching undergraduate as well postgraduate students of his college.
Recently, while he was taking clinical classes in his OPD, he discussed with his students and realized that there are a lot more students who didn’t belong to his medical college, but might need his help in understanding the subject better and preparing better for their exams.
Hence, was taken the decision to start a website. A website that will not only help the medical students but also the general population.
His aim is to build and keep improving this website so that it can successfully cater to the needs of medical students of the world, as well perform as a guide for the general population regarding information about common diseases, symptoms, myths related to diseases, and awareness about illnesses…..and much more.
He sincerely hopes that if this site helps even one medical student, and if even one person from the general population is benefitted from the blogs, his aim of contributing towards building a better society is fulfilled.
